Are you open and can I place an order?
Yes - all orders by website, email and telephone are being processed and dispatched as usual. Our Notting Hill Showroom will re-open on Wednesday 2nd December (subject to Government confirmation).

Are there any delays in the dispatch of orders from Venusrox?
There are currently no delays or issues with orders - all orders by website, email and telephone are being processed and dispatched by us as usual.

What about signed for UK deliveries?
Our carriers have amended their policies so that contactless deliveries are always adhered to.

Are there any delays in international deliveries?
All overseas orders are currently being delivered to schedule. This situation is very fluid so we will continue to monitor this. Currently there are no restrictions on the movements of our goods being transported globally.

Is the Notting Hill Showroom open?
The Notting Hill Showroom will re-open on Wednesday 2nd December (subject to Government confirmation).

Can I pick up my order from the Notting Hill Showroom?
Yes, our click and collect service will continue.  Please call 0207 792 4957 prior to collecting to confirm collection times.
